Pumpkin Pasta Sauce
Iβm definitely one of those people who eats pumpkin year round πItβs just TOO good and this plant based pumpkin pasta sauce came out soooo creamy and flavorful!
Ingredients:
Pasta (I used Banza chickpea pasta)
1 cup 100% pumpkin purΓ©e
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Salt & pepper
Directions:
Just put all of the sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined.
Then, in a pan, heat the sauce over the stove until warm and enjoy with the pasta!
