Crispy Delicata Squash 'Chips'

Finally picked up some delicata squash at Trader Joes the other day! I love roasting it with a sprinkle of black pepper, but today I decided to change it up and coat them in a little seasoning I made. They turned out SO crispy and flavorful! 

Ingredients & Directions:

  1. Cut the delicata into thin slices

  2. Scrap out the inside of each slice

  3. Coat them in a little oil

  4. Toss in a mixture of: 1/2 cup almond flour + 1/2 tsp. paprika + 1/2 tsp. garlic powder +1/2 tsp. onion powder + 1/2 tsp. cajun seasoning + 1/4-1/2 tsp. Himalayan pink salt!

  5. Layer them in an air fryer (or oven) and cooked at 375F for 10-15 minutes. I also paired them with some @sirkensingtons dairy free buffalo ranch.
