Yogurt Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 small ripe bananas (1/2 cup mashed)

  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1/2 cup cassava flour

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1 tsp. baking soda

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a 9x5 loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients.

  3. Pour batter into loaf pan & bake for 35 minutes. {Let it cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting into slices.}
